Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://journeyon.ezycourse.com/ (the “Site”), operated by JourneyOn, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and any coaching services, digital products, or materials made available through the Site (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or Services.

1. Nature of Services

JourneyOn provides professional life coaching services. We are not licensed medical professionals, psychotherapists, psychologists, attorneys, financial advisors, or other regulated service providers. Our Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health, medical, or financial condition. Nothing provided by JourneyOn should be construed as medical, legal, or financial advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using the Site or Services, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

You acknowledge that coaching is a collaborative process and you are solely responsible for your own choices, actions, and results. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from participation in the Services.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

All fees for Services must be paid in full in advance through our designated payment processors. Fees are nonnrefundable except where required by law.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Our cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in our Coaching Agreement. By booking Services, you agree to abide by those terms.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of coaching sessions in accordance with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics. Information shared by you during coaching will remain confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., imminent risk of harm, abuse, or court order).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and provided in connection with the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, guides, frameworks, and materials, is owned or licensed by JourneyOn and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, nonntransferable license to access and use such content for personal, nonncommercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JourneyOn, LLC and its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JourneyOn, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any thirdnparty rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Site with the “Effective Date” revised. Continued use of the Site or Services after such posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
